Click on right wheel?

I have a 99' Ram 1500. The front panger tire makes clicking noises when i drive straight but not while I am turning. If I go faster, the clicking gets faster and likewise with slower. I am thinking it's an axel loose but I don't have much experience with transmission yet so I'm not sure. What is wrong? How much would it be to get fixed?
