I use ares to download music...?

i used ares to download my music, but when i transfer some of my songs from ares to Windows Media player they transfer differently and the song plays really fast and with that Chipmunk voice. not all my songs do this but some of them do it and when i go to download the same song no matter how many i download it still transfers like that. why is it doing this?
