The trade of Felix Pie-good or bad for the Cubs?

Bad, Pie is only 23 and has had less than 300 ab's in the majors. They gave up way too soon, this has a lot to do with Pinella's distrust of rookies and young players, the same reason Pinella couldn't hack it in TB. I'm not saying this will be like trading Lou Brock, but it will hurt.
