What Is A Good Way To Push Younger Talent?

now im a big fan of the king of the ring but to me it didnt live up to expectations this year because regal is not younger talent it should have went to somebody like mvp shelton benjamin lance cade mr kennedy the brian kendrick lance cade or kenny dykstra now thats a great example of younger talent that deserves a push now the money in the bank ladder match is a good way for a push to but it elevates people to main event status just like the royal rumble but im talking about a way to elevate a star on the rise so they can become a u.s or a intercontinental champion does anybody have any ideas to push younger talent?
