Is Non-Iodized but "Refined" Sea Salt okay for cleaning piercings?

Probably means milled, ground up, and purified. As long as it doesn't say iodized or free-flowing, you should be fine. Look for '100% pure' on the packaging. Most non-iodized salt will say on the packaging that it doesn't provide iodine, an essential nutrient or something to that effect.
