Data plan for Blackjack?

I am with AT&T and I am about to get a Blackjack phone from a friend of mine... I have a regular phone with unlimited data and unlimited texting right now.. does the Blackjack require a special data plan? Like I know the IPhone you have to have some special IPhone data plan or something like that.. and some other phones too, does the black jack need one??
