Emergency! my verizon phone(reality) has a white screen problem?

Yesterday i was texting my friend, and she sent me a picture, when i saved it , my phone froze, i waited until it responded , but it wouldnt so i took the battery off and then i put it back and all it had was the white screen with verizon logo. Its just like if its going to turn on, then suddenly turns off then turns back on! Its a bran new phone, i got it on april 24 . i havent dropped it in water, and i havent taken it to the restroom while i shower. I dropped it once but it fell from the desk to the carpet.!!! what should i do i need answers like noww.!!!!!
