From what kind of crime(s) would you not incarcerate a person? And what would you do instead?

I think that anyone who molests, severely abuses or kills a child or elderly person should be taken out of the courthouse to a firing squad. There should be no jail time. No rehabilitation. We need to weed out the undesirables in our society and deal with them the most effective way. It would save us millions of dollars. Death row shouldnt even exist.
