I have 2 two 8 month dogs please help?

allow me to rephrase that question since a few of our high and mighty ones had to step up onto there thrown.i have 2 8 month old dogs who my lover and i kept since birth including the mother we did manage to get them potty trained but how ever there are still pee piles in the house once in awhile and they just dont listen at all and when they do its all of 30 seconds i am most of the time kind to the dogs except when i lose it and then i do scream at them i.e. for having to wonder why the breakers just flipped due to a cord being chewed thru or having to stay up till 3am washing the bedding because i was left a thoughtfull present on the bed there were nine one ped but the other 2 we kept has been a battle since they tear everything up they dont hear me and im fed up ive talked many time about getting rid of at least one but my lover wont hear of it nor will he clean up at all after them having 3 is just to much if they just wont listen i just dont know what to do
