Is Theo Epstein's judgement gone?

Theo is a great GM. He's gone in some weird ways over the past few years but I have learned to trust him. He knows what hes doing. I'm personally happy he got rid of Manny and we got Jason Bay. Hes a good slugger and I'm sure will get the job done
