The Movie Me and Orson Welles?

I have a friend who is a big fan of Zac Efron (shut up) and we were looking up youtube clips of him and he was apparently in a movie called "Me and Orson Welles" and we really wanted to see it. We checked Netflix and Youtube and even though it says it was made in 2007, we can't seem to find it. I would like to see him in a movie where he isn't the dancing boy or is in a serious role. I want to know if he has potential ya know? Anyway, if you know where to find it, it would be most appreciated.
