My 10 month old puppy is not eating anymore?

My fiance and I have a 10 month old Shar-pei. A couple of days ago, we got a new puppy. Since we got her, he has not been eating or drinking very well. I thought maybe it was just the stress of having something new in the house, but I don't want to ume that and then somethine be wrong with him. The day before we got the puppy, he had gotten one of those swiffer duster wands and ripped it apart. I was wondering if maybe he ingested some of it and they maybe what is making him not feel good.
