Anyone know if I can have tests done on my heating system.?

That's possible that the air is coming from several different places. Short of rebuilding your whole system please call the manufacturer, it is still be under warranty. If any one can diagnose it they can. Sounds like just putting in an extra air release valve and having a good cleansing would help.
