I have a sound, like a jet engine when you are inside a plane, coming from under my car by the tire, any id?

I have someone looking at it tomorrow, but just to see if anyone has experienced the same thing I was curious if anyone had the same roaring sound coming from under the floor of the driver's side. There is a small vibration. When I put the car in park and rev it a little there is no sound, but as soon as the tires start going the sound reappears, and it gets more like a jet plane the faster I go. On normal glance there is nothing obstructing the tires, and they are not low on air (will be confirmed tomorrow). But has anyone else had this problem?
